1. Cancellations
  • Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 48 hours of placing the order.
  • Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been processed or shipped.
  • In such cases, you may refuse delivery of the product when it arrives.
2. Exceptions
  • Due to hygiene reasons, personal care products such as soaps cannot be returned or cancelled once delivered.
  • A refund or replacement can only be considered if the product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report it to our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your order number, product name, and photographs of the product to help us verify the issue.
  • After inspection and verification, we will approve a replacement or solution at our discretion.
4. Products with Warranty
  • Products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty must be referred directly to the manufacturer for claims.
5. Refunds
  • Once a refund is approved for a defective or damaged product, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
6. Returns & Replacement
  • Returns of personal care products are only accepted if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • For replacements or exchanges, we will process the request within 5 working days after receiving the returned product.
  • The replacement product will be delivered within 6 working days thereafter, subject to availability.
